How do I initiate an exchange?Updated a year ago

In order to exchange any UNUSED Sparx™ Skate Sharpener or other Sparx™ Product, please head to our Return/Exchange portal to receive a return merchandise authorization number ("RMA") and shipping instructions. 

Within ten (10) days after receiving your RMA, you must deliver the Product (with prominent indication of the RMA) to Velasa Sports (or as otherwise provided in our shipping instructions). You must also clearly indicate whether you are exchanging the Product for a refund or for other Products (in which case you need to provide us all pertinent information, including credit card number).

Once the Product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether or not it qualifies for an exchange. If you have elected to exchange the Product for other Products, then we will fill your order as soon as we can. If you have elected to receive a refund, then we will reimburse you for the price you paid for the Product (excluding all shipping costs) no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such Product accompanied by the applicable RMA.
