Grinding Rings are purchased separately from the Sharpeners. Everything else you need to get started is included with the purchase of your sharpener - alignment tools, goalie risers, power cord and the honing stone kit (a medium-grit honing stone and a leather strop). Youth Skates can be sharpened size youth 9 and above.
BEAM, Sparx Hockey's patented Blade Edge Accuracy Measurement device. Utilizing state-of-the art laser technology, the Sparx BEAM measures blade edges to 1/10,000th of an inch. Included with every Sparx Sharpener 3 and Sharpener 3 Pro, Sparx BEAM can be used with any Generation Sparx Sharpener.
The Blade Holder is another popular tool if you're the type to carry extra steel because with a twist and a click and you're ready to sharpen your spare blades without the hassle of having to install them on your skate.
Travel Case, if you plan to travel with your Sparx Sharpener we recommend purchasing a Travel Case. We offer a Soft Travel Case which is great for taking the Sharpener with you to the rink, or on the road to a tournament. If you plan to travel with your Sharpener on a plane we recommend the Hard Travel Case. 
The Sharpener Cover is great for keeping dust and debris out of the machine while it's not in use. 
Coated Steel Kit, if you have black coated steel we recommend purchasing the Coated Steel Kit. A traditional honing stone will scratch the coating on coated steel, so we recommend using a rubberized stone and a leather strop to deburr. We offer both the rubberized stone and a leather strop in our Coated Steel Kit.
The Figure Skate Adapter, if you have figure skates we offer the Figure Skate Adapter - Sparx Sharpener 2/Sparx Sharpener 3. This Figure Skate Adapter is compatible with the Sparx Sharpener 2 and 3. With the figure skate adapter in place, Sparx can sharpen most traditional, flat-sided blades. Sparx is not compatible with the multiple-piece, side-honed, tapered, or parabolic blades often used in competitive skating. Sparx Skate Blade Lifts, The Sparx Skate Blade Lifts were designed to assist users in sharpening higher on the toe of their skate blades and decrease the "transition area" where the Sparx Grinding Ring comes into contact with the skate steel. This product was initially used by top NHL Equipment Managers and is now accessible to all Sparx Sharpener owners. Just insert two Skate Lifts into your Sparx Sharpener and sharpen as usual.
